Advance seat selection

Advance seat selection is available to customers at a cost of $15 per person each way, or $35 for exit row and $25 for bulkhead seats. Note, legroom in the bulkhead row is limited due to bulkhead positioning.

Luggage allowance

Each passenger is allowed 20kg for checked luggage. Ruby Service customers are allowed up to 30kg.

Onboard Entertainment

In addition to a selection of music channels we will be showing a feature movie on all of our flights. These are full length feature films released early to airlines - they are not even in video stores yet! Following the feature film we will be showing popular TV shows such as Glee, How I Met Your Mother and more.

There will also be a variety of snack & drink items, as well as kids packs and more, available for purchase through the enhanced Sky Mart Menu.

Duty Free

Duty free will also be available offering a selection of fine spirits, tobacco and jewellery. If you have pre-ordered duty free items they will be available on your flight departing Canada.
